Limited Warranty

Coverage

We warrant the HALO360 to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. We provide an automatic one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

By registering your HALO360 within 60 days of purchase, we double your protection to a total of two (2) years of coverage at no additional cost.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear from professional use.
• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
• Accidents, including impact, drops, or external force.
• Environmental factors such as extreme weather, acts of nature, or improper storage.
• Loss of the product, or incidental or consequential damages.
• Use with a pressure washer or any water source outside the specified 40 to 110 psi garden hose range.

Our commitment

During the warranty period we will, at our option, repair or replace any component of the HALO360 that proves defective due to improper materials or craftsmanship. Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

How to obtain service

To start a claim, contact us at support@halo360pro.com with your proof of purchase and a brief description or photo of the issue. We will, at our option, repair or replace any component that proves defective due to improper materials or craftsmanship.
