One-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

Coverage. Halo Pool Products warrants the Halo360 to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Coverage begins on the date of original purchase and lasts one (1) year.

Double your coverage, free

We value our professional partners. Register your Halo360 within 60 days of purchase and we will double your protection to a total of two (2) years of coverage at no additional cost. To activate your two-year coverage, complete the registration form at halo360pro.com/register.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
• Accidents, including impact, drops, or external force.
• Environmental factors such as extreme weather, acts of nature, or improper storage.
• Loss of the product, or incidental or consequential damages.

Our commitment

During the warranty period, Halo Pool Products will, at its option, repair or replace any component of the Halo360 that proves defective due to defective materials or workmanship. Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

If you encounter a manufacturing defect, our team is here to help you get back to work quickly. To start a warranty claim:

• Provide documentation: have your proof of purchase and a brief description or photo of the issue ready.
• Resolution: Halo Pool Products will, at its option, repair or replace any component that proves defective due to defective materials or workmanship.
