Where to find your reference
It looks like H360-K7PQM9X and it was shown on the confirmation screen right after you placed your order. It is also in the confirmation email we send you.
Case does not matter and the dash is optional. The characters were chosen so a reference cannot be misheard when it is read out, so if you type an O where there should be a Q we will still find it.
Cannot find it
Email support@halo360pro.com from the address you ordered with and a person will look it up for you. Include your name and roughly when you ordered.
Already received your Halo360? Register it within 60 days and your warranty doubles to two years.
